Before you register, we have just a few reminders for you:

Privacy in the Branch/Department – While participating in the Scottrade Intern Challenge, remember that at Scottrade, you cannot offer advice to customers.  Open discussion of the Scottrade Intern Challenge needs to be limited and not within hearing distance of customers, so as to be sure your discussion of the game is not misconstrued as advise in any shape or form. Advice from Others – In keeping with the foundation of Scottrade as a non-advice driven firm, keep in mind the same holds true for your Scottrade Intern Challenge account.  If you have/had/will have a Scottrade account, you would not solicit your branch managers, brokers, or other associates for advice.  The same holds true for your Scottrade Intern Challenge account. Use of Time – Remember that you are here to be an intern; your first priority should not be to participate in the Scottrade Intern Challenge.  As an intern, you will need to stay current on your Scottrade University Training courses, as well as complete your work in the branch as you normally would.  The Scottrade Intern Challenge is for learning purposes and to gain camaraderie with other interns; it is not an integral part of the job description, just an added benefit.  If it is determined that there is misuse of your time with the Scottrade Intern Challenge, your virtual account will be restricted and your eligibility for future enrollment in the Scottrade Intern Challenge will be in question.
